Event Day FAQ for Skaters and Coaches:

Arrival & Check-In
Q: When should skaters arrive at the venue?
A: Skaters should arrive at least 45 minutes prior to their event warm-up time to allow for early check-in and any schedule changes.
Q: Where is the registration desk?
A: The registration desk will be right at the front doors of the facility.
Q: Who needs to check in?
A: All skaters and coaches are required to check in upon arrival.

USFSA Compliance
Q: What do skaters need to do before the event?
A: Please log in to USFS and ensure all waivers are signed and you're in compliance.
Q: What about coaches?
A: All coaches must be USFS compliant to receive a coach credential. Coaches who are not compliant will not be allowed to participate. Please make sure your compliant via the USFS log in.
Q: Is there a hospitality area for coaches?
A: Yes, there will be a hospitality room with water, coffee, and snacks for coaches only. The room is located to the left of the stairs in the lobby.
Venue & Rink Access
Q: Where is the rink located?
A: After checking in, proceed past the skate rental counter on the right to access the rink. The doors to the rink will be clearly marked.
Q: Where are the locker rooms?
A: When facing the rink doors, the locker rooms are through the doors to the left in the hallway.
Q: Are there specific policies for locker rooms?
A: Yes, please follow all USFS and SkateSafe locker room policies. Signage will be posted. SkateSafe® Handbook
Q: Can I put my skates on in the lobby?
A: No. Please use the locker rooms to put on skates and store personal belongings. Items left in the lobby will be moved.
Event & Ice Access
Q: How do skaters enter the ice for events and practice ice?
A: For full-ice events and practice ice, skaters and coaches must enter from the zamboni end of the rink. Access is via the hallway with the locker rooms, then through the doors at the end of that hallway.
Q: Do I need to check in with anyone before going on the ice?
A: Yes, please check in with the Ice Monitor for all events and practice sessions.

Parking & Traffic Flow
Q: Where should I park?
A: General parking is available on the right side of the building when you pull in.
Q: Are any spots reserved?
A: Yes, the front spots are reserved for Officials. Please do not park in these spaces.
Q: How do I enter and exit the venue by car?
A: The entrance driveway is on the right side of the building, and the exit is on the left. Please follow this flow to avoid accidents.
