FREESTYLE ICE

Everything you need to know about available sessions and purchasing ice time.

Freestyle Sessions are available to WFSC members and out of club skaters. Rink ice is purchased through Lakewood Community Ice (new management for Winterhurst Ice Arena). Club Ice is purchased through Entryeeze beginning September 5, 2023.

Please note the following freestyle ice additions to the December calendar:

Monday, December 18th 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, December 19th 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, December 20th 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Rink Freestyle Ice Session Times

Mon, Wed,  Fri

  • 10:00 to 11:00am

  • 11:00 to 12:00pm

  • 12:10 to 1:10pm

  • 1:20 to 2:20 pm

  • 2:30 to 3:30 pm

  • 3:40 to 4:40 pm

  • 4:40 to 5:40 pm

Tues, Thurs

  • 12:10 to 1:10pm

  • 1:20 to 2:20 pm

  • 2:30 to 3:30 pm

  • 3:40 to 4:40 pm

Club Ice Session Times
Beginning September 5, 2023

Monday through Thursday

USFS or Learn to Skate Membership Required

All skaters are required to be current members of USFS or Learn to Skate USA or USA Hockey (only permitted when in a lesson with a WFSC home coach).

  2. For Learn to Skate Membership, go to www.learntoskateusa.com. The Learn to Skate membership costs $16.00/year and includes sport accident insurance. 

 

Past Learn to Skate participants in levels: Basic 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are only allowed on Freestyle Sessions when in a lesson with a coach. For Safety reasons, Snowplow levels 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 are prohibited from Freestyle sessions at this time. 

 

Learn to Skate participants Levels Freestyle 1 and above may use the freestyle sessions for practice without a coach.
